The idea is simple: When you set your status on LinkedIn you can now tweet it as well, amplifying it to your followers and real-time search services like Twitter Search and Bing. And when you tweet, you can send that message to your LinkedIn connections as well, from any Twitter service or tool.

This is part of a 30-minutes movie produced in Britain by a high school and a local police department to make concience about this increasing problem. By the way, speaking in the phone while driving could have similar consequences, a Canadian study found that using a mobile phone while driving is as dangerous as driving under the influence of alcohol.

Microsoft has announced the availability of Windows 7 for MSDN Subscribers starting today, and for general public starting May 5th. This means that W7 is fairly stable for normal use, so it’s time for me to try it.

Alerta en Nuevo León por la Influenza Porcina

Esta es la última conferencia de prensa (26 Abril) que dió el Gobernador del estado. Hasta el momento solo se han suspendido clases a todos los niveles, mismas que se reanudaran el 6 de mayo. Sin embargo aún nos se cancelan las reuniones en lugares cerrados.

Este Comité ha determinado que en el curso de las próximas horas o días se habrá de evaluar la situación de Nuevo León, para que de ser necesario, en su caso, puedan también tomarse decisiones que impidan si fuera esto absolutamente indispensable, la concentración de personas en lugares cerrados, especialmente en restaurantes, teatros, cines o espacios de trabajo en donde haya un número importante de personas.

Más adelante habrá de revisarse si esta medida también sería aplicable para reuniones o encuentros o programas que se den a cielo abierto, en donde el riesgo es menor, pero habrá también de evaluarse por este Comité, en su momento si llegara el caso de determinarlo en el Estado de Nuevo León.

Another proof… digital music is the future. WE ARE hunted is a digital music billboard that ranks songs accordingly to what people is looking at the P2P networks and sites and let you hear the songs. Then, if you like what you hear, you can always buy the song or the album in iTunes. Clever!
